Lunch:  HalthyLoaf High Fiber Flax& Sunflower, Peanut Butter, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Dinner:  Tortilla Chips, Organic Blue Corn, Spicy Black Bean Soup, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless). Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Gouda Cheese, Gimlet, Cake made with Glutinous Rice.
