Fat: 34.96g | Prot: 36.61g | Carb: 190.40g.   Breakfast:  Light Vanilla Soy Milk, Life Cinnamon Cereal. Lunch:  Flatbreads of the World - Large Spinach Tortillas, Guacamole with Tomatoes, Garlic, TUMAROS TOMATO BASIL TORTILLA. Dinner:  Extra Firm Silken Tofu, Red Hot Sauce, Cooked Leek, Cooked Green Cabbage, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Garlic, Shallots , Brown Rice, Cooked Carrots, Mung Beans (Mature Seeds, Sprouted). Snacks/Other:  Chewy Bars - Oats & Apple Streusel, Extra Butter Microwave Popcorn.
