Fat: 15.82g | Prot: 34.55g | Carb: 168.84g.   Breakfast:  Yoplait Light. Lunch:  Lettuce, Lite Raspberry vinaigrette , snow peas, soy nuts. Dinner:  Brown Rice, Egg Whites, low sodium soy sauce, String Beans, tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, grapes, Watermelon.
