Fat: 21.17g | Prot: 85.68g | Carb: 215.49g.   Breakfast:  kashi go lean crunch, banana, great value skim milk, coffee mate sugar free, folgers coffee. Lunch:  strawberries, jello sugar free boston, smart ones three cheese ziti. Dinner:  gnc shake, carnation instant breakfast, banana, stonyfield greek yogurt. Snacks/Other:  beef jerky, giant fudge bar weight watchers, honeydew.
