Fat: 50.17g | Prot: 90.37g | Carb: 137.07g.   Breakfast:  blackberries, Chocolate Chips Ghiradelli, Honey, Oikos Organic Plain Greek Yogurt, Original Coffee Creamer, Pure Almond Milk - Vanilla, Strawberries. Lunch:  12" Turkey Breast, Arnold Select Thins, Jiff Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Ranch Dressing. Dinner:  broccoli, harvestland, mushrooms, olive oil, Organic Tomato Sauce, whole wheat rotini. Snacks/Other:  Blue Diamond Roasted Almonds.
