Fat: 83.97g | Prot: 140.07g | Carb: 132.12g.   Breakfast:  Whole Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Spun Premium honey, Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Butter (Salted). Lunch:  Cake Batter Engineered Nutrition Meal Replacement. Dinner:  Panko, Ketchup, Onion, Skim Milk, Eggs, Ground Turkey, squash, olive oil, tomatoe. Snacks/Other:  Builder's Bar - Chocolate, Hint of Lime Tortilla Chips, Clif Builders Bar (Peanut Butter).
