Fat: 44.32g | Prot: 58.28g | Carb: 159.92g.   Breakfast:  Egg Omelet , Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat) , Yakult. Lunch:  Atlantic Salmon (Farmed) , Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Olive Oil , Tomato Sauce. Dinner:  Pasta with Vegetables, Tomato Sauce, White Table Wine.
