Fat: 47.29g | Prot: 68.54g | Carb: 122.53g.   Breakfast:  banana. Lunch:  round steak, mixed vegetables, Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, Tomatoes, feta cheese, romaine lettuce. Dinner:  Nectar Fuzzy Navel Flavored Whey, Lactose Free Vanilla Soy Milk. Snacks/Other:  fudge, zinger.
