Fat: 47.29g | Prot: 68.54g | Carb: 122.53g.   Breakfast:  banana. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, feta cheese, mixed vegetables, romaine lettuce, round steak, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Lactose Free Vanilla Soy Milk, Nectar Fuzzy Navel Flavored Whey. Snacks/Other:  fudge, zinger.
