Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Deli Fresh Cajun Seasoned Shaved Chicken Breast, Diet Coke, Egg White, Green Peppers, Habanero Pepper (raw), Lettuce, Olde Cape Cod Dressing, Parmasian & Peppercorn, Lite, Onions. Dinner:  Kashi Pesto Pasta. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Heart To Heart Cereal Oat Flakes, Peaches, Skim milk, Weight Watchers Smoothie.
