Fat: 32.85g | Prot: 96.47g | Carb: 181.57g.   Breakfast:  Gourmet Original Belgian Waffles, Lactose Free Vanilla Soy Milk, Nectar Fuzzy Navel Flavored Whey, Original Syrup. Lunch:  Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, cucumbers, mushrooms, spinach, Tomatoes. Dinner:  Gyro Sandwich (Pita Bread, Beef, Lamb, Onion, Condiments with Tomato and Spread). Snacks/Other:  Cheez-It Reduced Fat Baked Snack Crackers, egg white, Hard-Boiled Egg.
