Fat: 24.47g | Prot: 92.49g | Carb: 228.75g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Raisin Bran Clusters. Lunch:  Egg White, Green Peppers, Habanero Pepper (raw), Italian Vinaigrette Salad Spritzers, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Onions, Thin Sliced Oven Roasted Chicken Brt. Dinner:  Cheese Thin Crust Pizza (Large). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Grapes (Red or Green, European Type Varieties Such As Thompson Seedless), Nonfat Blueberry Greek Yogurt, Popcorn, Sold White Tuna in Water, Summer Ale Beer.
