Fat: 73.92g | Prot: 47.73g | Carb: 228.61g.   Breakfast:  Bananas (Large), Health Nut Wheat Bread, Skinny Cinnamon Dolce Latte (Tall), Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil. Lunch:  french fries, tuna melt. Dinner:  bud light, chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream.
