Fat: 41.77g | Prot: 67.88g | Carb: 225.17g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), Blueberries, GOLEAN Crisp! - Toasted Berry Crumble. Lunch:  Lettuce, Diet Coke, Egg white, Onion, Green pepper, Oscar Meyer Cajun Chicken, Habanero Pepper (raw), Wishbone Italian Salad Spritzer. Dinner:  pesto pasta. Snacks/Other:  Pepperoni Pizza, Apple, Pineapple, Grapes.
