Fat: 59.94g | Prot: 82.88g | Carb: 242.56g.   Breakfast:  cheerios, Just Bunches, milk. Lunch:  Flour Tortilla, Mayonnaise, Provolone Cheese, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat). Dinner:  KENS fat free Honey Dijon Dressing, Santa Fe Style Tortilla Strips, Turkey BLT Salad. Snacks/Other:  Clif Bar - Chocolate Chip, Light & Fit 0% Plus - Blueberry.
