Fat: 84.18g | Prot: 92.61g | Carb: 232.84g.   Breakfast:  Chick-n-Minis - 3-count, Sweetened Iced Tea (Medium), Caramello Milk Chocolate. Lunch:  boston lettuce, kens zesty italian dressing. Dinner:  kirkland ground sirloine, heinz ketchup, bun, iceburg, cheese finlandia, nonfat milk kirkland. Snacks/Other:  fiber one bar, sliced american cheese, keebler whole grain club cracker, yoplait smoothie.
