Fat: 70.45g | Prot: 93.52g | Carb: 130.70g.   Breakfast:  Cracked Pepper Bagel, Whipped Garlic-Herb Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Shmear, Whole Milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Whipped Honey. Lunch:  Low Carb Whole Wheat Tortilla, Deli Slices Imported Colby Jack Cheese, Turkey Breast (97% Fat Free, Lemon Pepper Flavor, Smoked), Red Leaf Lettuce, avocado, best foods. Dinner:  Pork Loin (Tenderloin), Thick and Hearty Steak Sauce, Butter (Salted). Snacks/Other:  1.5% low fat cottage cheese, Organic Wild Blueberries.
