Fat: 112.65g | Prot: 131.83g | Carb: 19.76g.   Breakfast:  Boiled Egg, great value no calorie sweetener, instant coffee, mozzarella, Prarie Farms Heavy Whipping Cream. Lunch:  boiled egg, farmland polish kielbasa, Shrimp. Dinner:  almonds, garlic, ground beef, ketchup, mustard powder, onion, salad. Snacks/Other:  chicken breast, flake coconut unsweet.
