Fat: 32.72g | Prot: 84.44g | Carb: 135.80g.   Breakfast:  bacon, coffee, eggs, Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer, french toast, syrup. Lunch:  salmon, spinach. Dinner:  salad, shrimp. Snacks/Other:  cool whip, jello chocolate pudding sugar free, Oikos Organic Vanilla Greek Yogurt, orange cara cara.
