Fat: 32.21g | Prot: 101.98g | Carb: 169.00g.   Breakfast:  yoplait Greek yogurt, special k low fat granola, skim milk. Lunch:  canned tuna, egg, lettuce, progresso light savory vegetable barley, mayo, lemon juice, broccoli, celery, hot sauce. Dinner:  panera low fat vegetarian black bean soup, asiago roast beef. Snacks/Other:  100% Low Sodium Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz), mini babybel original light, orange.
