Lunch:  Carrot, Cauliflower, Green pepper, Ground Beef, healthy choice pasta sauce, Lettuce, mushroom, Penne, Water. Dinner:  Sweet & Sour Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry, Uncle Ben's Perfection. Snacks/Other:  Nabisco 100 Calorie, Pineapple, Pretzels.
