Fat: 36.82g | Prot: 53.19g | Carb: 171.61g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, milk, Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Alfalfa Sprouts, Baby Dill Pickles, Black Olives, Cheddar Cheese, Cucumbers, Green Olives, green pepper, lettuce, Mushrooms, pineapple, Pita Pit Chicken Pita, pita pit green olives, red onion, tomatoes, tomatoes, Tzatziki Sauce, Whole wheat pita. Dinner:  becel light margarine, healthy choice spaghetti sauce, penne, White Roll. Snacks/Other:  ice cream sandwiches, international delight fat free hazelnut coffee creamer.
