Fat: 36.82g | Prot: 53.19g | Carb: 171.61g.   Breakfast:  milk, Coffee, Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Pita Pit Chicken Pita, Whole wheat pita, pineapple, pita pit green olives, tomatoes, red onion, green pepper, Baby Dill Pickles, lettuce, Cheddar Cheese, tomatoes, Alfalfa Sprouts, Black Olives, Green Olives, Cucumbers, Mushrooms, Tzatziki Sauce. Dinner:  penne, White Roll, becel light margarine, healthy choice spaghetti sauce. Snacks/Other:  international delight fat free hazelnut coffee creamer.
