Fat: 20.49g | Prot: 46.02g | Carb: 225.07g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, milk, Oatmeal Maple Brown Sugar. Lunch:  Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Japanese Mix, Long Grain Perfection, Olive Oil, Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Dinner:  Dempsters Bread, Healthy CHoice Spaghetting Sauce, Kraft Parmesean Cheese, penne, Tomato soup. Snacks/Other:  Brandy.
