Lunch:  100% Whole Wheat Bread, Baked Cheetos, Garlic Dill Pickles, Maple Leaf Flakes of Ham, Miracle Whip, Mustard, Water. Dinner:  Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Japanese Mix, Long Grain Perfection, Olive Oil, Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Cakesters.
