Lunch:  Maple Leaf Flakes of Ham, Miracle Whip, Mustard, Baked Cheetos, Water, 100% Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Teriyaki Stir-Fry Sauce, Japanese Mix, Beef Outside Skirt Steak (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat), Olive Oil, Long Grain Perfection. Snacks/Other:  Banana, Cakesters.
