Fat: 64.30g | Prot: 98.86g | Carb: 252.51g.   Breakfast:  Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Cranberry Bagel, Reduced Fat Cream Cheese Spread. Lunch:  Avocados, Baby-Cut Carrots, Black Beans, Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese, Ferrero Rocher Hazelnut Chocolates, Garlic, Nonfat Strawberry Greek Yogurt, Red Tomatoes, Skim Plus, Sweet Red Peppers, Whole Wheat Pita Pockets. Dinner:  Green Beans, Mashed Potato (from Fresh), Olive Oil, Pork Chops (Top Loin, Boneless), Roasted Red Pepper. Snacks/Other:  Beer (Pilsner), Honey Mustard & Onion Nibblers, Indian Whole Fancy Cashews.
