Fat: 48.81g | Prot: 196.35g | Carb: 211.51g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, protein shake, turkey bacon, kraft singles american, oroweat, Coffee, Sugar Free French Vanilla Coffee Creamer. Lunch:  Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, spinach, Wheat Saltine Crackers, hidden valley light ranch, Northern Shrimp Meat. Dinner:  Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, Reduced Sodium Black Beans, Frozen Whole Kernel Golden Corn, boneless skinless young chicken breasts. Snacks/Other:  sugar free coconut egg, EAS, 1% Cottage Cheese, del monte fruit cup, protein shake, coffee, Coconut Cream Egg/Dark Chocolate.
