Lunch: hidden valley light ranch, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Northern Shrimp Meat, spinach, Wheat Saltine Crackers. Dinner: Barilla Whole Grain Rotini, boneless skinless young chicken breasts, Frozen Whole Kernel Golden Corn, Reduced Sodium Black Beans. Snacks/Other: 1% Cottage Cheese, Coconut Cream Egg/Dark Chocolate, coffee, del monte fruit cup, EAS, protein shake, sugar free coconut egg.
