Fat: 58.40g | Prot: 100.78g | Carb: 253.95g.   Breakfast:  chobani, Vanilla, Instant Oatmeal - Lower Sugar Maple and Brown Sugar, land o lakes half and half. 2 TBS, raspberry, walnuts. Lunch:  Green Giant Cut Leaf Spinach & Butter Sauce, Lean Cusine Chicken Marsala - Cafe Classics. Dinner:  Cashew Chicken, white rice. Snacks/Other:  Candy Bar Ice Cream Bar, Crispix, milk, Nutter Butter Dipped Delight Bar.
