Fat: 97.71g | Prot: 47.52g | Carb: 100.04g.   Breakfast:  Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Olive Oil, Walnuts, Almonds, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Pistachio Nuts, Cashew Nuts, Brazil Nuts. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots, Olive Oil, Chicken Breast, Plain Yogurt, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar). Snacks/Other:  Tea Unsweetened, Lactose Reduced 1% Fat Milk (Calcium Fortified), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Milk, Cocoa Powder (Unsweetened), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Milk.
