Fat: 72.58g | Prot: 108.24g | Carb: 210.85g.   Breakfast:  Premium Protein Powder - Chocolate. Lunch:  Breaded or Battered Potato French Fries, Green Leaf Lettuce, Reduced Calorie High Fiber Multigrain Bread, Regular Mayonnaise, White Tuna Fish (Drained Solids In Water, Canned). Dinner:  Green Leaf Lettuce, Long Grain & Wild Rice Original, Steak Sauce (Tomato Base), Tomatoes, Veggie Burgers, Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns. Snacks/Other:  Butter, Cooked Spinach, Peaches, Watermelon.
