Lunch:  Whole Grain Wheat Bread, Low Sodium Smoked or Cured Ham. Dinner:  Steak Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Sour Cream & Onion Potato Crisps, Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type), Banana, Cheese Pizza.
