Dinner:  Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Red Tomatoes, Plain Yogurt, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts). Snacks/Other:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Cheese.
