Dinner:  Olive Oil, Roast Beef, Onions, Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Plain Yogurt. Snacks/Other:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Digestives, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar).
