Dinner:  Muesli (Dried Fruit and Nuts), Olive Oil, Onions, Plain Yogurt, Roast Beef. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Digestives, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar).
