Fat: 99.70g | Prot: 42.86g | Carb: 139.71g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cashew Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Olive Oil, Pistachio Nuts, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Walnuts. Dinner:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Fried Egg, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Olive Oil, Red Tomatoes, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered).
