Fat: 99.70g | Prot: 42.86g | Carb: 139.71g.   Breakfast:  Olive Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Brazil Nuts, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Walnuts, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Almonds, Pistachio Nuts, Cashew Nuts, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean). Dinner:  White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Red Tomatoes, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Olive Oil, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Fried Egg. Snacks/Other:  Instant Coffee (made from Powdered).
