Fat: 73.86g | Prot: 43.17g | Carb: 122.43g.   Breakfast:  Olive Oil, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Walnuts, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Brazil Nuts, Almonds, Pistachio Nuts, Cashew Nuts. Dinner:  Red Tomatoes, Egg Omelet, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen). Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Digestives, Coffee with Milk, 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Milk (Nonfat).
