Fat: 73.86g | Prot: 43.17g | Carb: 122.43g.   Breakfast:  Almonds, Brazil Nuts, Cashew Nuts, Cod Liver Fish Oil, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Olive Oil, Pistachio Nuts, Walnuts. Dinner:  Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Egg Omelet, Mandarin Orange (Canned or Frozen), Red Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Coffee with Milk, Coffee with Milk, Digestives, Milk (Nonfat).
