Fat: 87.22g | Prot: 54.48g | Carb: 107.77g.   Breakfast:  Olive Oil, Mixed Grain Bread (Includes Whole Grain and 7 Grain), Almonds, Grape Juice (Without Added Vitamin C, Unsweetened, Canned or Bottled), Cod Liver Fish Oil, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar), Pistachio Nuts, Cashew Nuts. Dinner:  Shrimp Salad, Red Tomatoes, Boiled Egg, Sweet Red Peppers, Frozen Berry Medley. Snacks/Other:  Coffee with Milk, Coffee and Cocoa (Mocha) Powder (with Whitener and Low Calorie Sweetener), Wheat Crackers, Ice Cream.
