Dinner:  45 calorie bread, fat free Italian dressing, fat free turkey, French's Honey mustard, reduced fat Provolone, romaine lettuce. Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Sandwich Cookies, low fat Eggo waffles, low-fat saltines, Snack Pack pudding, sugar free syrup, weight watchers fudge bar.
