Fat: 27.11g | Prot: 62.08g | Carb: 164.18g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  sweet potatoes, turkey meatballs. Dinner:  Baked Ruffles, Enriched Hamburger Buns, turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  low fat Eggo waffles, snack crackers, Snack Pack pudding, sugar free syrup.
