Dinner:  Smoked Salmon, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin), Plain Yogurt, Walnuts, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Low Sugar). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookies (Soft Type), 73% Organic Dark Chocolate, Ice Cream, Coffee with Milk, Milk (Nonfat).
