Lunch:  45 calorie bread, 99% fat free turkey Foster Farms, carrots, fat free ranch dressing, Honey Mustard, Sargento Mozzarella cheese. Dinner:  crescent roll, Hebrew National Hot Dog, nectarine. Snacks/Other:  Smart Pop, snack crackers, Snack Pack pudding, weight watchers fudge bar.
