Lunch:  45 calorie bread, Sargento Mozzarella cheese, 99% fat free turkey Foster Farms, Honey Mustard, Baked Ruffles, unsweetened applesauce. Dinner:  turkey meatballs, nectarine. Snacks/Other:  snack crackers, peanut butter, carrots, low fat ranch dressing, weight watchers fudge bar, low fat Eggo waffles, sugar free syrup.
