Fat: 31.68g | Prot: 59.49g | Carb: 174.93g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  45 calorie bread, 99% fat free turkey Foster Farms, Baked Ruffles, Honey Mustard, Sargento Mozzarella cheese, unsweetened applesauce. Dinner:  nectarine, turkey meatballs. Snacks/Other:  carrots, low fat Eggo waffles, low fat ranch dressing, peanut butter, snack crackers, sugar free syrup, weight watchers fudge bar.
