Fat: 21.11g | Prot: 41.70g | Carb: 176.66g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  pineapple, Special K crackers, turkey hot dog. Dinner:  pork, spaghetti squash, unsweetened applesauce, wheat couscous. Snacks/Other:  low fat Eggo waffles, sugar free syrup.
