Fat: 28.72g | Prot: 61.69g | Carb: 171.50g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  45 calorie bread, 99% fat free turkey Foster Farms, Honey Mustard, low fat swiss cheese, pineapple. Dinner:  Enriched Hamburger Buns, spaghetti squash, turkey burger. Snacks/Other:  low fat Eggo waffles, peanut butter, pretzels, Snack Pack pudding, sugar free syrup.
