Fat: 33.15g | Prot: 57.03g | Carb: 159.13g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  45 calorie bread, 99% fat free turkey Foster Farms, Honey Mustard, low fat swiss cheese. Dinner:  Eggo Nutragrain low fat waffles, eggs, strawberries, sugarless maple syrup. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter, Smart Pop, snack crackers, weight watchers fudge bar.
