Fat: 36.14g | Prot: 56.01g | Carb: 170.83g.   Breakfast:  chocolate milk. Lunch:  Grilled Honey Mustard Turkey Oat Burgers, hamburger bun, Honey Mustard, Light margarine, spaghetti squash. Dinner:  pineapple, rotisserie chicken, spaghetti squash, wheat couscous. Snacks/Other:  peanut butter, snack crackers, Special K crackers.
