Fat: 16.15g | Prot: 33.79g | Carb: 170.19g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Powdered Creamer, stevia, Organic Sugar, All Natural Nonfat Plain Yogurt. Lunch:  Summer Squash Soup, Black Beans, Fresh Green Beans, Canned Tomato, Vegetarian Chicken stock. Dinner:  White Corn Tortillas. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Popcorn, wasabi peas.
