Fat: 30.33g | Prot: 67.27g | Carb: 166.55g.   Breakfast:  fat free milk, puffins. Lunch:  blue cheese dressing, italian bread, mixed green, rye bread, tomato soup, tuna salad. Dinner:  clams, spaghetti. Snacks/Other:  flake, hummus, pita chip, red wine.
