Fat: 30.33g | Prot: 67.27g | Carb: 166.55g.   Breakfast:  puffins, fat free milk. Lunch:  rye bread, tuna salad, tomato soup, blue cheese dressing, mixed green, italian bread. Dinner:  spaghetti, clams. Snacks/Other:  flake, hummus, red wine.
