Seems like what worked 10 years ago isn't working now. The whole "I'll eat better and run a couple of times a week" plan isn't cutting it. Ugh...

Fat: 62.00g | Prot: 71.50g | Carb: 262.00g.   Breakfast:  nutri grain eggo waffles, peanut butter & honey. Lunch:  cafe steamers general. Dinner:  Rotini Pasta, Tender & Tasty Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts. Snacks/Other:  oatmeal raisin cookies, otis chocolate chip.
