Fat: 68.05g | Prot: 55.81g | Carb: 301.45g.   Breakfast:  eggo waffle, milk 2 %, orange marmelad, regular coffe. Lunch:  BELT tim horton bagel, nuts, sweet paper, tomato, walnuts. Dinner:  beer, cooked vegetables, White Rice (Short-Grain, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  banana, Jujubes.
