Fat: 46.64g | Prot: 154.70g | Carb: 35.95g.   Breakfast:  Premier Protein Shake - Chocolate. Lunch:  chicken breast, salad greens. Dinner:  green beans, turkey italian sausage . Snacks/Other:  cocoa powder, egg, Ricotta Cheese (Part Skim Milk) , splenda, vanilla flavoring.
