Fat: 11.85g | Prot: 64.14g | Carb: 161.61g.   Breakfast:  coffee, cottage cheese 2%, skim milk, Summer Fruit Salad. Lunch:  pasta primavera. Dinner:  black bean and corn , wasa crackers. Snacks/Other:  activia light, protein powder, skim milk.
