Fat: 21.79g | Prot: 88.53g | Carb: 123.20g.   Breakfast:  sugar free jam, Oats cereal (dry, not fortified), blueberries, soy milk, coffee, skim milk, Iced Tazo Green Tea Latte with Soy (Tall). Lunch:  chicken breast, tomato, balsamic vinaigrette, mixed greens, peppers. Dinner:  broccoli, shredded cheese, peach. Snacks/Other:  activia light.
